Leonardo da Vinci's Vitruvian Man boasts ideal human proportions. Still, he is not perfectly symmetrical.

A modern gentleman recognizes that society prefers symmetry but embraces his imperfections because nature is flawed.

A slight ptosis, or drooping eyelid, and asymmetry in the testes are common. The latter has been studied and correlates significantly with handedness.
