Earl Grey

Earl Grey by Bigelow Tea has a citric aftertaste, a characteristic bastardized by lesser tea manufacturers (read: Twinings) into a distinct variety called 'Lady Grey.'

A gentleman knows how he prefers his drinks, be it tea (never sweet tea and most often hot), alcohol (mint juleps in summer and Old Fashioneds during the rest of the year) or water (a bit of ice and, if trying to impress, a slice of cucumber).
